SwiftTicket

Terms of Service

These terms cover the SwiftTicket Discord bot and the SwiftTicket dashboard. Adding the bot to a server, or signing in to the dashboard, means you accept them.

1. What SwiftTicket is

SwiftTicket is a Discord bot and web dashboard for running support tickets inside a Discord server. It creates ticket channels, collects answers to forms, keeps transcripts, and gives server staff a dashboard to configure and read all of it.

SwiftTicket is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.

2. Who can use it

You need a Discord account in good standing, and you must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement for your country. Your use of SwiftTicket is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines — if the two ever conflict for something happening on Discord's platform, Discord's rules govern there.

Installing the bot into a server requires the Discord Manage Server permission for that server, and so does buying a premium subscription for it.

3. Your server, your responsibility

The people who run a Discord server decide what happens in it. If you install SwiftTicket, you are responsible for what your members and staff post in tickets, for telling your members that ticket conversations are recorded as transcripts that staff can read, and for handling any data-protection obligations you have towards them. We process that content on your behalf so the ticket system works.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use SwiftTicket for anything illegal, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
  • attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on;
  • resell, sublicense or rebrand SwiftTicket as your own product without written permission;
  • deliberately work around plan limits — for example by generating tickets automatically, or by splitting one community across several servers specifically to avoid the monthly ticket allowance.

5. Plans and prices

Free. The free plan includes all ticket features — panels, ticket types, forms, transcripts, claiming, escalation, reminders and auto-close — with these allowances:

  • 250 new tickets per calendar month (UTC)
  • 30 days of ticket history after a ticket closes
  • one AI setup run per Discord account and per server

Premium. Premium is bought per server and removes those allowances: unlimited tickets, ticket history kept for as long as the server is subscribed, and unlimited AI setup runs including the revision loop. It costs US$7.99/month plus applicable tax, or US$79/year plus applicable tax.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

6. Billing and renewal

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Polar handles the payment, the tax and the invoice; your card details never reach us. Polar's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

A premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until it is cancelled. You are charged at the start of each period.

Switching between monthly and annual billing uses the prices shown at the time of the switch.

If we change our prices, existing subscriptions keep the price they were bought at for as long as they stay active. A new price applies to new subscriptions, and to a subscription that is cancelled and later started again.

7. Cancellation, and what happens to your data

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; premium runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is cut off early.

Feature grace. When that period ends, premium features stay on for a further 7 days. The same grace applies when a renewal payment fails and cannot be recovered.

Data grace. Your server's full ticket history then stays available for another 30 days after premium features switch off, so you can export it — any server manager can download every ticket, transcript and form answer we still hold as JSON from the dashboard. After that, the free plan's 30-day retention window applies again: transcripts, form answers and close reasons belonging to tickets that closed more than 30 days ago are deleted, and the participant ids on those tickets are removed. The tickets themselves remain listed as anonymised rows so your counts and statistics stay correct, and open tickets are never purged.

Refunds work differently. A refunded payment ends premium features immediately, but it does not shorten the data deadline the subscription had already established. That date stands, so your history stays exportable until it passes — which, on an annual subscription refunded early, can be a long way off.

8. Refunds

We refund a server's first subscription payment in full on request within 14 days of that payment. Renewal payments are not refundable. The full policy, including how to ask, is on the refund policy page.

9. The AI setup agent

The AI setup agent proposes a configuration — a category, channels, staff roles and a ticket panel — from a description you write. It is a proposal: nothing is created in your server until a manager reviews the plan and applies it. The plan is produced by a third-party language model and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your server. Reviewing it before applying it is your responsibility, and we do not warrant any particular output.

The premium revision loop works the same way: the feedback you type and the plan the model produced last time are sent back to it to produce the next version, which you again review before anything is applied. What is sent is listed in the privacy policy.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep SwiftTicket available, but we do not promise any particular uptime. Discord outages, hosting outages and maintenance all interrupt the service. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever have to remove something you rely on, we will say so on our support server and, where it affects a paid plan, give you a way to export your data first.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a server or an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or creates a legal or security risk. You can stop using SwiftTicket at any time by removing the bot from your server; how your data is handled after that is described in the privacy policy.

12. No warranty, and limits on liability

SwiftTicket is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected server in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have where you live, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and announce anything material on our support server. Continuing to use SwiftTicket after a change means you accept the updated terms.
