SwiftTicket
The three ways Discord ticket bots get set up
Every ticket bot ends in the same place — a panel members click, private channels, staff permissions. They differ in how much work stands between installing the bot and that panel going live.

1. Command-based setup
The oldest model: you run setup commands in a channel, one per panel, category, or rule. It's scriptable and precise, but you learn the command surface first, and the result only becomes visible as you go. Typos and permission mistakes surface after creation, in your live server.
2. Dashboard builders
Most established ticket bots moved here: a web dashboard where you assemble panels, categories, forms, and permissions by hand. Full control, everything inspectable — but the assembly is yours to do, and a complete setup means making many small decisions across many screens before a member can open the first ticket.
3. AI-proposed, human-approved
The newest model, and the one SwiftTicket uses: you describe your server in a sentence and the bot drafts the whole system — reading the roles and channels you already have so the plan points at the real ones. The part that matters is the review step: the plan is shown in full, every name and wording editable, and nothing is created in your server until you press Apply. AI drafts; you decide. SwiftTicket treats that review as mandatory on purpose: a wrong guess should land in a preview you can edit, never in your live server.
Where SwiftTicket lands
All ticket features included on the no-charge plan — panels, ticket types, forms, claiming, escalation, reminders, auto-close, transcripts — with these limits: 250 new tickets per server per month, 30 days of ticket history after close, and one AI setup run per Discord account and per server. Generating and regenerating plans cost nothing; the run is only spent when you press Apply. Premium (US$7.99/month or US$79/year, per server) lifts the volume cap, keeps history while subscribed, and removes the AI setup limits. Polar calculates and displays any applicable tax at checkout.
