SwiftTicket
Looking at a Ticket Tool alternative?
Ticket Tool is the established Discord ticket bot, and for many servers it works well. SwiftTicket takes a different approach to one specific part: the setup. This page explains the difference so you can pick what fits.

Two setup approaches
Ticket Tool is configured through its web dashboard and in-server commands: you create the panels, ticket categories, and permission rules yourself, piece by piece. It offers a free tier and paid tiers, a broad feature suite built up over years, and its free tier advertises higher ticket volume and longer retention than SwiftTicket's. If you know exactly what you want and enjoy assembling it, that model gives you full control at every step.
SwiftTicket starts from a sentence instead. You describe your server — what it's for, who handles tickets — and it reads the roles and channels you already have, then proposes the whole system: ticket category, ticket types, staff permissions, and a live panel. You review the exact plan, edit any wording, and nothing is created in your server until you press Apply.
When each fits
If you want maximum configurability and don't mind doing the assembly, an established builder-style bot is a reasonable choice. SwiftTicket fits when you want a working, staffed ticket system in minutes without learning a configuration surface first — and when you want to see everything a bot will create before it touches your server.
What SwiftTicket includes, and its honest limits
All ticket features included on the no-charge plan — panels (buttons or dropdown), reusable ticket types, forms answered before the channel opens, claiming, escalation, reminders, auto-close, and transcripts readable from the dashboard after the channel is gone — with these limits: 250 new tickets per server per month, 30 days of ticket history after close, and one AI setup run per Discord account and per server. Premium (US$7.99/month or US$79/year, per server) lifts the volume cap, keeps history for as long as the server is subscribed, and removes the AI setup limits. Polar calculates and displays any applicable tax at checkout.
See the plan for your own server
The fastest way to compare is to generate a plan for your real server. Generating and regenerating cost nothing — the included AI setup run (one per Discord account and per server) is only spent when you press Apply, and nothing is created until then.
